Cash Gifts can be made by check or credit card payable to The Cincinnati Eye Institute Foundation. To give securely online with your credit card, please click on our secure Online Donation Form. And don’t forget to check with your company to see if they offer a Matching Gift program that may double or triple your donation!
Honor/Memorial Gifts are the perfect way to honor a friend, family member, co-worker, or a doctor or staff member from Cincinnati Eye Institute. Your gift can mark a special event, such as a birthday, anniversary, graduation, wedding, or a celebration of someone’s life. We are happy to send an appropriate card with a personalized message from you to notify the person or people being honored by your gift. We will keep the amount of your gift strictly confidential. Gifts of Stock can also support our programs and services. If you give a stock gift, typically you do not pay any capital gains tax on the increase in value of the stock, and you receive a charitable tax deduction for the full fair market value of the stock at the time the gift is made.
